About Us

CHASASA (T) Company Limited is a dynamic firm dealing with gold trading and mining, as well as other precious metals. We operate with Dealer Licence No. DL-9963 MZA.

We are strategically situated at the Mwanza Refinery Office, Butuja Ilemela, Mwanza. Our operations are primarily located in the Lake Victoria gold belt of Geita Region, North-Western Tanzania, where we have been operating as a medium-scale mine.

Operations

In line with our commitment, we focus on high-margin, long-life operations and projects clustered in the world’s most prospective gold districts. We also engage in the trading of gold from different Processing licenses PCL’s holders and brokers along the Lake Zone.

Current Assets Status

We hold 100% ownership of Kigosi Gold Mine PML287002MBG, which is In Operation.
We hold 49% ownership of Kigosi Gold Mine PML 02583MBG and PML 02584MBG, both of which are also In Operation.
We are conducting exploration at Kigosi Gold Mine PML 02573MBG, in which we hold 49% ownership.

Future Development

We are currently run 120tpd Carbon in Pulp (CIP) processing plant in Mpovu-Mchangani Geita with 70% ownership. Our future plans including investing in the exploration of the Nyakabale mine and setting up a 500tpd CIL plant.

This plant will serve both of our mines site and local small miners as tenants.

CHASASA is engaged as a primary mining company in Tanzania, operating as a medium-scale mine in the Lake Victoria gold belt of the Geita Region.

We deal with the extraction of gold and other precious metals and transform these materials into a mineralized form that serves an economic benefit to the prospector.

We are focused on high-margin, long-life operations and projects clustered in the world's most prospective gold districts.

Processing Infrastructure

We are establishing a Carbon in Pulp (CIP) processing plant in Mpovu-Mchangani Geita. This plant is intended to grind the extracted ore from our mine site, and will also be utilized by local small miners around the area.

Future Investment

We are planning future investment in the exploration of the Ushirombo mine.

Gold Trading and Dealing

The company holds a Dealer Licence (DL-9963 MZA) from the Ministry of Minerals, allowing us to actively participate in the minerals market.

Trading Activities

We buy, sell, or otherwise deal in gold.

Market Scope

We deal with trading of gold from different PCL's (Primary Mining License holders) and brokers along the Lake Zone.

Authorized Zone

Our license authorizes us to buy and sell specified minerals in the Lake Victoria Western Zone, including Mwanza, Geita, Mbogwe, and Kagera.

Official Location

All buying, selling, and disposition of minerals must be conducted in the Mineral and Gems house, as specified in our licence.
